Meet Ariana, LMHC
Hi! I'm Ariana (she/her)! I am so glad you are here.
Massachusetts Therapist: Telehealth
People see you as being the person who “has their whole life together,” but internally, you are quietly carrying anxiety, self-doubt, or the feeling that you're slowly losing touch with yourself.
I work with thoughtful, high-achieving, and perfectionistic people who are tired of feeling like they always have to hold everything together. The pressure of keeping it all together and continuing to perform their prescribed roles has started taking a toll. Together, we'll explore the patterns that have helped you stay connected early on, like people-pleasing, perfectionism, overthinking, or constantly putting others first. Through a compassionate and insight-oriented approach, I help clients understand where these patterns came from and reconnect with a clearer, more grounded sense of self.
I also have a special interest in supporting young women navigating chronic illness, new diagnoses, reproductive health concerns, and the identity shifts that often come with them. These experiences can feel incredibly isolating, and you don't have to navigate them alone. I also enjoy working with first-generation clients who are balancing multiple cultural identities while trying to figure out what feels authentic to them.
My style is warm, collaborative, and relational. I am direct, but I also prioritize humor and laughing together. Like all of us at ASTC, I am deeply committed to bringing my full, authentic self to sessions, providing space for you to do the same. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, ACT, CBT, and IFS to help us look beyond the symptoms and understand the deeper stories shaping your relationships, emotions, and sense of self. I believe healing happens through feeling truly seen, understood, and accepted, and I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Outside of being a clinical therapist, I love hanging out with friends and family, being active, and finding the best local coffee shop everywhere I go.
