Our Team
Meet Mikki, LICSW

Hello! I’m Mikki (she/her).
Massachusetts Therapist
Beginning therapy can feel both courageous and vulnerable. My goal as your therapist is to create a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard. I view therapy as a collaborative process—one that unfolds at the pace of trust. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns to help you build greater self-awareness, deepen self-compassion, and navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and ease.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with twenty years of experience in both clinical and nonprofit settings. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Women’s/Gender Studies from Skidmore College.
I show up authentically for my clients, and bring a feminist, LGBTQ-inclusive, mindfulness-based, and Internal Family Systems-informed approach. I am a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher with extensive training and experience in mindfulness meditation, so I love incorporating body-based and somatic approaches into our healing work.
When I’m not seeing clients, you can find me playing with my kids and dog, practicing yoga and meditation, cooking, reading, going on hikes, dancing, and working for an educational nonprofit that focuses on Jewish women’s history. I would be honored to be a part of your journey!
